At Lemon Price, we believe that leadership begins with intentionality, stewardship, and alignment. Our resources—ranging from the Legacy Affirmation Deck to our private mentoring containers—are thoughtfully crafted and delivered with heart and intention to help women in leadership build influence through composure and grace. Because our offerings are designed to provide immediate value and involve significant personal investment, all sales are final, and we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Digital Products and Resources

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital offerings (including, but not limited to, the Legacy Affirmation Deck, Soft Life Rituals framework, and all associated digital guides), and because these products are delivered with heart and intention, all sales are final.

Once access to a digital product has been granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage our community to shop with confidence and review all product descriptions and details intentionally before completing a purchase.

2. Mentoring and Strategy Containers

Our private mentoring containers and legacy strategy sessions are delivered with heart and intention and represent a dedicated commitment of time, energy, and institutional fluency.

  • Commitment to Growth: By enrolling in a mentoring program, you are making an intentional investment in your personal development and leadership legacy.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All payments for mentoring services are non-refundable, and all sales are final. This policy reflects the preparation and space held specifically for you within our high-touch containers.
  • Rescheduling: In the event of an unavoidable conflict, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time rescheduling of a session, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

3. Speaking Engagements and Appearances

Terms for speaking engagements, workshops, and podcast appearances are governed by the specific terms outlined in the individual Service Agreement or Speaker Contract executed for the event. Generally, booking deposits are non-refundable as they secure a specific date on our calendar and prevent the acceptance of competing engagements.

4. Stewardship and Quality Assurance

We are committed to serving you with excellence. If you encounter a technical issue with a digital download or feel that a product does not meet the standards of the Lemon Price brand, please reach out to us immediately. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist in ensuring you can access and utilize the tools you have purchased.
