Hospitality
COME SIT AT THE TABLE
YOUR HOME IS A LEADERSHIP TOOL
What your table communicates before you say a single word – that’s influence, friend. A well-hosted dinner takes intentionality, planning, execution, and thoughtfulness, which are the exact same muscles you use to lead a board or run a team. Around here, we take gathering seriously, and we use the nice china on random Tuesdays.
WHAT YOU’LL find…
GATHERING WITH INTENTION
Every gathering deserves an intention, a reason those specific people are in that specific room. Guest list curation, conversation that actually goes somewhere, and how to close an evening well so people leave feeling held instead of just fed. This is the strategy side of hospitality, and yes, there is one.
THE TABLE ITSELF
Tablescapes, centerpieces, candles, and the small details that say “I thought about you before you got here.” You don’t need a bigger budget — you need intention. I’ll show you how to set a table that makes people feel held, whether it’s soup for four or Thanksgiving for twenty.
SEASONAL HOSTING
Your year has a rhythm, and your hosting should too. Fall is my annual production — Labor Day on the smoker with Glenn, then Thanksgiving as the main event. Winter is intimacy over grandeur. Spring and summer are ease, abundance, and homemade fruit popsicles by the pool. Hosting all year keeps your community close, and that’s the whole point.
