You acknowledge that our leadership philosophy begins at home and focuses on institutional fluency, stewardship, and faith-based rhythms.

The information, resources, and mentoring provided through Lemon Price, including but not limited to private mentoring, the Soft Life Rituals framework, and the Coastal Club, are offered for personal growth, educational, and informational purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site and within our Services—including the Legacy Affirmation Deck, Soft Life Rituals, and all digital frameworks, methodologies, tools, prompts, templates, workbooks, course materials, membership content, mentoring materials, podcasts, and brand design (collectively, “Content”)—is the exclusive property of Lemon Price and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: When you purchase or access a digital resource, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • No Unauthorized Use or Resale: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, transmit, publish, display, perform, license, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, share, upload to any public or private repository, or otherwise make available any Content (in whole or in part) without Lemon Price’s express written consent.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

By purchasing any Service or joining the Coastal Club, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Fees: All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
  • Subscriptions: For membership services, your account will be billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, but cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Digital Sales Are Final: All purchases of digital products (including downloads, digital resources, and access to digital content) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our resources and the personalized time commitment of our mentoring containers, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or access to digital content once processed. We encourage you to shop with intention and reach out with questions before purchasing.

6. Mentoring and Speaking Engagements

For private mentoring containers and speaking appearances:

  • Attendance: Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.
  • Conduct: We maintain a standard of gracious living and mutual respect. Lemon Price reserves the right to terminate a service agreement if a client’s conduct is disruptive or inconsistent with our community values.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Attempting to bypass any security features of the Site.
  • Using our proprietary “Soft Power” strategies to engage in deceptive or unethical business practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemon Price and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or your inability to achieve specific results. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lemon Price in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemon Price from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our proprietary materials in an unauthorized manner.
