Legacy Strategy Digital Curriculum Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Lemon Price (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and you, the purchaser (“Client” or “you”), regarding the purchase of the Legacy Strategy Digital Curriculum (the “Product”).

By completing your purchase and accessing the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. The Offering

The Legacy Strategy Digital Curriculum is a self-paced digital training program designed for women in leadership focusing on soft power, intentional living, and legacy building.

Scope of Purchase:

  • This purchase grants immediate access to the self-paced Legacy Strategy digital training, including any pre-recorded modules, lessons, workbooks, templates, and resources made available inside the Legacy Strategy curriculum dashboard at the time of purchase.
  • This is a digital curriculum only. No live delivery is promised unless expressly stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase price does not include 1:1 coaching, private mentoring, consulting, done-for-you services, or individualized feedback from Lemon Price or any Company representatives.

2. Investment and Payment Terms

Total Investment: The Client agrees to pay the one-time fee of $797.00 USD for access to the Product.

Payment Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the full amount to your chosen payment method. You represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

The Company’s programs and materials are highly proprietary. All content included in the Product, including but not limited to the “Soft Power Rituals” framework, the “Legacy Strategy” curriculum, videos, workbooks, checklists, and all other intellectual property, is the sole property of Lemon Price.

Proprietary Frameworks: For clarity, the Soft Power Rituals and Legacy Strategy frameworks, and any associated language, concepts, lesson structures, and materials, are proprietary to Lemon Price and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limited License (Personal Use Only): Upon purchase, the Company grants you a single, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your individual, personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred.

Prohibited Actions: You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Sharing your login credentials with any third party.
  • Copying, reproducing, scanning, recording, distributing, uploading, posting, publicly displaying, or transmitting any part of the Product.
  • Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, gifting, or otherwise transferring the Product (or any portion of it) to any other person.
  • Teaching, coaching, training, facilitating, or mentoring others using the “Soft Power Rituals” or “Legacy Strategy” frameworks (in whole or in part) for commercial or non-commercial purposes, or presenting them as your own.
  • Creating derivative works based on the Company’s proprietary curriculum.

Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Required: Full payment of $797.00 USD is required to receive access to the Product.

Delivery & Immediate Access: Because the Product is delivered digitally and access is provided immediately upon purchase (or within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed), you understand you are receiving access to proprietary digital content right away.

No Refunds / No Cancellations Once Access Is Granted: Due to the digital nature of the Product and immediate delivery, all sales are final once access is granted. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or credits will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of use, perceived lack of fit, or financial hardship.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund or reversal once access to the Product has been granted, except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

Educational & Personal Development Only: The Product is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. It is intended to support intentional living, leadership presence, and legacy-minded strategy, and is not a substitute for professional services.

Personal Responsibility: The Company does not guarantee specific results, financial gain, professional advancement, or lifestyle outcomes. Your results depend on your own efforts, implementation, and unique circumstances.

Not Professional Advice: The Product does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions and are encouraged to consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemon Price shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Product. The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Product.

7. Termination; Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Termination / Revocation of Access: The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Product (without refund) if you violate these Terms, misuse the Product, infringe the Company’s intellectual property, share access credentials, engage in chargeback abuse, or otherwise act in a way that harms the Company or the integrity of the Product. Upon termination, the limited license granted to you is immediately revoked.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Georgia.
